I'm back

Wow, this has been the craziest 8 mos of my life. My life has been a whirlwind lately, in August I started a new job at a Preschool, (I have no idea what I was thinking) but today maybe the day I get back to what I love to do and that is work in an office. Pray for me cuz I really really want this job I'm just to afraid to get excited I always get let down.

But enuf about me...my son started kindergarten this year, was a very sad day for me, my daughter my baby, started gymnastics this fall and if I may say so isn't too shabby. And both of them will be a year older next month and it will be yet another atempt on my part to make wonderful cakes. We have gotten some pretty upsetting news about my son though, he had been complaining of his leg hurting for sometime so i took him to the dr. Only to find out he may have OCD of the knee, he has a lesion on his femur and we are not sure how or why it is there but we are going on 6 weekd of it being immbolalized, 2 weeks with a brace (didn't fit on his skinny little legs) 2 weeks with a cast and now 2 weeks with a splint. We go back on the 31st for more xrays and if it hasn't healed who knows what from there. This whole thing bothers me b/c those of you that know me know I love sports and I want my kids to play them all. This however may put that all on hold, he may not get to play baseball this year b/c it can take up to 18 mos for it to heal if he does not require surgery, which sometimes they do to put all the catilage and bone back together. He's been a trooper about it tho, he uses it with the girls at school, he's quite the ladies man.

Oh and remember that cute little dog we got well he escaped the first weekend of deer season, my kids were devastated but their "big mouth" dad told them we would get a big dog this summer. Can't wait for that.

Well maybe this evening I will get the energy to put some pics of our summer and such up. Until then....
